Camera Shopping Project

* It is worth noting that this is a fictional situation.  Do not go home and tell your parents that you need to purchase a camera for this class!!! 

 

Scenario:

       You have been tasked with purchasing a camera for students to use in computer class  These cameras need to fit the following requirements:

​

●     Can record video AND still images

●     Can save recordings onto SD cards

●     Can be purchased for $200 OR LESS.

●     Do not worry about sales tax.  Many times a public school is sales tax exempt when purchasing items (meaning they are not charged the additional 6% tax).

 

You will also need to purchase an SD card for the camera so that the movies and images can be stored/copied over to a computer.  You have a budget of $200 to spend on the cameras, SD cards, and any additional accessories such as tripods, camera bags, etc., but that amount of money needs to provide for all the items you want.
