My Rules Poster
Using Microsoft Word, create a poster to hang that will inform visitors of the rules they must follow while they are visiting.
PROCEDURES:
1. Open a blank Microsoft Word document. The page must be changed to LANDSCAPE orientation.
2. Create a WordArt title for your poster. You will also need to create a list of rules (for either your own home or school).
3. List each of your five rules. Use at least an 18-point font. You may use bullets or numbers to identify each rule.
4. For each rule be sure to include a ClipArt (Online) image to match your rule (Use Wrap-text for each image).
5. You can change font colors, size, page color and/or page borders.
6. When you are done, SAVE it as: My Rules.
Grading Rubric:
25 Points – Title at the top of the document (create an unique name). Must use WordArt!
25 Points – Five Rules listed with numbers or bullet points next to each rule.
25 Points – Clip Art (online) picture for every rule (moved with wrap-text). Rules & images must remain on one page!
25 Points – Format changed to Landscape. Overall quality of the project demonstrates effort and has no grammatical errors (-2 points per spelling error!).
